From 2016 to 2023, the Company has evolved to three main Business Lines and five Support Functions. The Logistic assets along with the Support Functions are part of SLG; Asset Tracking, Tech Logistics (B2B Marketplace) and the remaining technology infrastructure rest within LogiServe; and the Security Services Business Line comprises of FSL and Sky Guard.

The four synergetic Business Lines operate under the brand names of SecurLog, LogiServe, Secure Track, Fist Security and Sky Guard respectively. The sub segments under each Business Line are as follows:

SecurLog: Long haul segment covering bulk (coal, cement, fertilizer, etc.) and containerized cargos (food, appliances, textile, packaging material, etc.). Distribution segment offering containerized cargos (food, industrial products, appliances, packaging material, etc.) and beverages.

LogiServe: Tech based logistic services to SLG-owned fleet and Third Party (Partner Cos) fleet.

SecureTrack: Assets Tracking services including advanced fleet management, container tracking, fuel management solutions, and cold chain management solutions.

FSL & Sky Guard: Security Services involving fixed guarding; close protection; and supply of electronic & mechanical security equipment.

Under the existing management, since 2009, the Group has had an operational history of over 13 years. During this period, the Company has evolved into an integrated Logistic service provider with synergetic Asset Tracking and Security Services Business Lines.
